“A new study by academics at the London School of Economics claims that windfarms can reduce property prices within a 2km radius of the structure/s by up to 12 per cent. It also says that the structures may have a negative impact on house values up to 14km away.”

I dag kan det vises til flere studier som slår fast (om du fremdeles tviler på det) at vindkraftverk i nærheten av boliger/hytter/fritidshus påvirker verdisettingen av bygningsmassen negativt. At vindkraftverk kan påvirke husverdien i avstand på opptil 14 km, var overraskende.
